Ik ben de oudste zoon van familie Hozeman (woonde naast de school op de hoek). Volgens mij vergeet je de familie Boogaarts. Die moet als ik het goed heb rechts van jullie hebben gewoond. Wat betreft herstel van het fundament moet dat eerder zijn dan in de jaren 60. Ik was twee maanden oud toen mijn ouders medio april 1954 naar Dordrecht zijn verhuisd. Zij waren de eerste bewoners van Beinemastraat 88. Uit overlevering weet ik nog dat al aan het begin van de nieuwbouw aanpassingen zijn geweest aan te fundering. Dat moet volgens mij al rond 1955 of 1956 zijn geweest. Wat ik ook nog weet uit wat mij verteld is dat zij een enkele maand geen wekelijkse huur hoefden te betalen.
Wat wél zeker is, deze foto kan nooit veel later dan in 1962 gemaakt zijn omdat omstreeks die tijd met de bouw van de CM 3 begonnen werd. En daarvan is op de foto niks te zien behalve (mogelijk) een paar bouwketen; foto is te onscherp om het goed waar te nemen. De flats aan de Beinemastraat werden rond 1968 van nieuwe fundaties voorzien en die in de Giessenstraat stond werd in 1969 afgebroken. Hoe dan ook, die stalen balken hebben niets met de flats van doen.
