Zuidendijk met links boven begraafplaats van Dubbeldam met Zwartbol houthandel rechts boven. Links onder boerderij gebouwd in 1914 en toen gepacht door Fam. Valk. vanaf 1934 trok Fam. van Es in de boerderij. 11 mei 1940 is de boerderij afgebrand en in 1941 herbouwd. later is de boerderij verkocht aan de Gemeente Dordrecht die het verhuurde aan een gemeente ambtenaar ( van Dam).Vanaf 2008 werd Fokkema de nieuwe bewoner en eigenaar. gezien in Noordelijke richting.
