Van het pand wat boven de auto zichtbaar is, op de hoek met de Doctor Schaepmanstraat, weet ik nog dat er i.i.g. in de jaren zestig en zeventig een winkel in gevestigd was waar ik menig keer stoppen, lampjes en stukjes snoer etc. ben wezen kopen. Er was ook een 'boven', waar o.a. wand,- en plafondverlichtingsarmaturen waren uitgestald. De twee vennoten, Hendrik de Ruiter en Johan Christiaan Zwijgers hadden samen de weinig originele naam "Elektrotechnisch Installatiebureau Firma Erzet" bedacht. Maar ja, het is wat het is. Vanaf de nieuwbouw zat er eerder een bijkantoor van de Spaarbank in, van het welbekende hoofdkantoor aan de Johan de Wittstraat 2. Nu is er de tandartspraktijk van T.L. Oei-Lie in gevestigd.
