1987 of ervoor. In deze periode heb ik dit laten zien in het Archief door mijn interesse in archeologie met een aantal gevonden +/- 2 en gekochte of geruilde insignes wat daar gefotografeerd is. Het archief kocht tekeningen van me, maar ik maakte ook tekeningen van archeologische bouwputten. Deze periode was er geen stadsarcheoloog maar de ROB uit Amersfoort onder leiding door de heer Sarfatij. Op de gastfabriek met het afgraven meters diep was geen archeologisch onderzoek, de grond werd per schip afgevoerd naar denk ik Maasvlakte vanwege ernstige vervulling van olie, teer en zware metalen. Zichtbaar bij de afgraving waren 2 stadsmuren , palen van huizen, een haven, een sluis? vanaf de middeleeuwen. het terrein was afgezet, maar tussen de middag in de pauze heb ik het voorwerp gevonden met een metaaldetector tussen grond met teer en olie waar ongeveer de 2e stadsmuur ooit stond. (alles werd weggehaald). Het was niet mogelijk +/- 1 uur door de lucht en vervulling lang op het terrein te staan, beschermde onze kleding en droegen handschoenen en laarzen.
