Eind jaren veertig zijn die panden al afgebroken. Het pand, zichtbaar op deze foto links van het 'gat', is later afgebroken. Het is wél de plek waar Joost van de Weg op de nrs 143 en 145 heeft gewoond. De fotograferende kolenhandelaar waar we zoveel mooie plaatjes aan te danken hebben. Op zijn 67e verhuisde hij begin 1941 vanaf deze plek naar het Bestedelingenhuis (Oudemannenhuis)aan het Bagijnhof. Hij verbleef daar tot zijn dood op 13-05-1957. Een houten keet met vlaggen van patat- en zuurkiosk Ger. Snijders Nu vind je op deze plek appartementen van het bouwjaar 1982 op de huisnummers 185 t/m 191c.
Dat is cafetaria Sneijder.De eigenaar had een gouden voortand. Mijn zwager vertelde altijd dit is de beste patat van Dordrecht.
Het pand ter hoogte van de tweede Ford Cortina (de licht kleurige voor het busje) is afgebroken. Deze ruimte en de ruimte rechts daarvan is inmiddels al weer een poosje bebouwd.
