-Alle verdiepingen achter de gevel werden geheel gesloopt. -De voorgevel werd geheel gesloopt -De voorgevel werd opnieuw opgemetseld.. en daarbij een kleine meter hoger neergezet vanwege een hogere, nieuwe pui en daarmee ook geheel verhoogde begane grond. -De speklagen werden vernieuwd en anders ingedeeld -De speklagen werden doorgetrokken over de colonetten -Boven de strook met siermetselwerk werd de waterlijst doorgetrokken -Alle vensters werden uitgenomen en vervangen door kruisvensters -De gevelstenen zijn niet meer allen origineel, maar sommige werden - weliswaar in oude vorm - opnieuw gehakt -Bovenop de trapgevel werd een natuurstenen leeuw geplaatst Een aardig rijtje! :) Het is daarbij inderdaad opvallend te noemen dat het pand nog zo'n historische uitstraling heeft weten te behouden (het rechterpand, nr. 7, is overigens al heel wat minder aangepakt).
Ik bedoel hiermee uiteraard de grote lijnen.:)
