De fotograaf staat op de Brouwersdijk ongeveer ter hoogte van de huidige Frans Lebretlaan en richt zijn camera op het noorden, maar omdat hij het er dan niet helemaal op krijgt, draait hij nog ietsie pietsie naar het oosten. Uiterst links heeft hij het het zuidelijke stukje van het in het noord oostelijke deel van de Vossiusstraat gebouwde woonblok te pakken. Verder naar rechts de twee woonblokken aan de Jacob Catsstraat welke liggen opgesloten tussen de Vossiusstraat en de Camphuijzenstraat . Vervolgens op de achtergrond het woonblok in de Camphuijzenstraat (zuid west). Uiteraard kijken we hier tegen de achtergevels aan. Uiters rechts de zijgevel van het woonblok in de Vossiusstraat welke evenwijdig aan de Bosboom-Toussaintstraat is gebouwd. Op 555_30686 zie je die bewuste zijgevel ook, maar is de bouw minder ver gevorderd. En ja, het klopt dan dat je de toren van de Grote Kerk dan links kan zien.
