Rond 1908 werd het linksbelendende pand afgebroken. Ter plaatse werd de tweede beuk bij het al bestaande pand getrokken.(architect B. van Bilderbeek (1876-1956),neef van de notaris). Sinds 1989 is het pand in gebruik bij Advocatenkantoor May. Lit. o.a. Dordtse huizen in Bouwhistorisch perspectief, aflevering 03, december 1998 Ook het pand Wijnstraat 112 is in twee fasen gebouwd.
