- in 1878 gaf de weduwe Hendrika Petronella Visser-Blussé (1813-1883) opdracht tot de bouw van Klein Bellevue. Haar dochter S.H. Maas Geesteranus-Visser (1838-1892) woonde als sinds 1869 in een eerder gebouwd huis op dit perceel. S.H. Maas Geesteranus-Visser werd in 1870 weduwe. - moeder Visser-Blussé woonde met twee ongetrouwde dochters op het naastgelegen Huize Bellevue en zij bleven daar na de bouw van Klein Bellevue wonen. - na de dood van S.H. Maas Geesteranus-Visser in 1892 is Klein-Bellevue door haar erfgenamen verhuurd. - moeder Visser-Blussé overleed in 1883, de ene ongetrouwde dochter in 1891 en de andere in 1914. Daarna zijn zowel Bellevue als Klein-Bellevue verkocht.
Weduwe Hendrika Petronella Blussé Adr. (1813-1883) heeft het in 1878 laten bouwen op het zuidoostelijke deel van haar omvangrijk terrein van villa Bellevue. De architect en waarschijnlijk ook aannemer is de Dordtenaar Huibert Willem Veth Jzn. (1833-1909). Na haar dood is het huis door haar dochters verhuurd; op het laatst aan Bernardus Hendrikus Maria Lips Jzn. (1878-1950). Hij was directeur bij de buren, de Lips Sloten- en Brandkastenfabriek. Volgens een advertentie in de Dordrechtsche Courant betaalt de heer Lips in 1914 een huur voor het pand van f 800 per jaar. Het is gesloopt in 1936 ten behoeve van de komst van de Krispijntunnel.
