=================================================================== PUBLIEK E VERKOOPING , in het Koffijhuis van Zahn, te Dordrecht, ten overstaan van den Notaris SCHULTZ VAN HAEGEN, van : Een aanzienlijk, dubbeld HEERENHUIS, ERF en TUIN, staande en gelegen binnen de stad Dordrecht, aan het Bagijnhof, geteekend D 867; bevattende beneden: een marmeren Gang, twee groote behangen Tuinkamers, twee dito Voorkamers, eene Binnenkamer, twee Keukens en Achterkeuken , twee Kelders enz.; — op de eerste verdieping: zeven meerendeels zeer groote Kamers, Provisiekamer enz.; — op de tweede verdieping: drie ruime Zolders, met eene Slaapplaats; en in het algemeen alle verdere gemakken, tot een welingerigt Huis maar eenigzins behoorende: zijnde de TUIN, die achter en ter zijde van hetzelve huis heen strekt, en waarin zich een Koepel bevindt, zeer goed aangelegd en beplant. Bij aanplakbiljetten meer omstandig omschreven. Kunnende aanvaard worden op 15 November aanstaande. Hetzelve is te bezigtigen Vrijdag en Zaturdag voor de veiling, en afslag, des middags van twaalf tot twee ure, met een Consent-Biljet van voornoemden Notaris. Waarvan de veiling zal geschieden op Maandag den 18 October 1841, en de finale verkoop op Maandag den 25 October daaraanvolgende, beide des middags ten twaalf ure.
