Het pand achter de torenkraan van "Oceanco" heeft niets met Oceanco of het daarvoor zijnde "Van Der Giessen-De Noord" te maken, maar is een deel van de Nederlandse Kabelfabriek - Nedstaal.

De foto is genomen vanaf het waterlandgoed met de naam "De Noorden" en wel, om precies te zijn, vanaf het westelijke perceel, over het watertje wat het waterlandgoed in tweeën deelt en verder nog over het puntje van het oostelijke deel in noordoostelijke richting. Het Jaagpad ligt op één perceel oostelijker daarvan. De huisnummers die Piet noemt kloppen als een bus en vind je aan de Pruimendijk. De huisjes ga je inderdaad niet meer terug vinden, maar wat leuk is, is dat de drie boompjes aan het water er nog steeds staan, althans .. op StreetView. Ze staan op het perceel van Pruimendijk 202.
