Ze zitten hier op het bordes voor de voordeur van Keizersgracht 328 te Amsterdam, het kantooradres van Gonzaques Gauthier, een Fransman met firma's in i.i.g. Parijs, Amsterdam en in Londen waar hij ook eerder woonde. Hij kwam in Amsterdam, (volgens het vreemdelingenregister, zie link hier onder) op 27-12-1919 te wonen (waarschijnlijk voor de duur van zijn visum). Niet hier op de Keizersgracht, want dat was alleen zijn kantooradres. Tijdens zijn eerste bezoek aan Amsterdam in 1910 verbleef hij in het Victoria Hotel aan het Damrak. Vervolgens nog eens op 27-12-1919 in Amsterdam aan en vestigde zich op Sarphatipark 65. Bij een volgend bezoek op 7-4-1920 naar de Prinsengracht 324¹. Zijn laatst bekend woonadres volgens het eerder genoemd register was sinds 22-4-1921 de Ceintuurbaan 13, Amsterdam. Ik krijg de indruk dat zowel de 'vereeniging' als ook Gauthier daar gebruik van hebben gemaakt, want van beiden zie ik geen eerdere vermeldingen op dit adres (Keizersgracht 328).
