Ik hou het op een bijgebouw of een in aanbouw zijnd iets, in het laatste geval zou het dan om 243 kunnen gaan.
Medio 1937 werd door bemiddeling van het woningbureau Waltmann & Co de villa voor 5 jaar aan burgemeester Bleeker verhuurd. Henri was met hun dochter Gerarda Adriana Johanna Schultz van Haegen getrouwd. Zij overleed op 13-03-1943 te Warnsveld. Hun dochter, Wilhelmina Diderica Vriesendorp trouwde op 18-06-1919 met Karel Johannes Julianus Lotsij, wat overigens 17-5-1935 weer ontbonden werd. In "Casa Cara" woonde Cornelis Vriesendorp Jzn. aan de Cornelis de Wittstraat 20, Dus dat moet ook de man in het album van die villa zijn. Wanneer je de 2 betreffende foto's bewerkt, zie je dat de man al aardig kalend is. Het ontbrekende nr 18 Pim, behoort aan een stal/garage tussen gemeenteschool 12 en de villa in. Zie 555_13056.
