De werknemers van het met sluiting bedreigde cosmeticabedrijf Schwarzkopf willen niet met de directie praten over een sociaal plan. 'Ze willen eerst een discussie aangaan over de noodzaak van de sluiting', verklaarde districtsbestuurder R.... ANP DORDRECHT Afgelopen donderdag maakte Schwarzkopf (ruim 300 werknemers) bekend de productieafdeling te willen sluiten en over te plaatsen naar Frankrijk. Het bedrijf, dat al 103 jaar in Dordrecht is gevestigd, werd in 1995 overgenomen door het Duitse concern Henkel. Het bureau McKinsey kreeg de opdracht onderzoek te doen naar de cosmeticaproductie bij onder meer Schwarzkopf. Op basis van het McKinsey-advies besloot Henkel de productie uit winstoverwegingen te verplaatsen naar Frankrijk. Hierdoor staan 140 banen op de tocht. De bond gaat de komende tijd de mogelijkheid van een boycot van producten van Henkel bekijken. Het Duitse concern is producent van onder meer Fa, Persil, Witte Reus, Dixan en Pritt.
