Cornelia Mookhoek, weduwe van de op 1-7-1884 op 42 jarige leeftijd overleden Ruth van de Graaf. Cornelia overleed op 62 jarige leeftijd op 2-3-1911. Ruth en Cornelia zijn de grootouders van de broers Otto Cornelis Jr en Hendrik van de Graaf, beiden vrachtrijders, die later een verhuis- en expeditiebedrijf hadden in het Matena's pad 38, 40 en 42 (zie 552_327727). Zij kwamen daar met hun bedrijf in de voormalige Vijlenkapperij te zitten van H.G. Stolk en Zoon die er tot uiterlijk eind januari 1927 zat, daar de beschikbaarheidsdatum op 1 februari 1927 vastgesteld was. In 1924 vroeg o.c. van de Graaf Sr. koopman, een bouwvergunning aan voor het bouwen van een woning op de binnenberm van de Noordendijk, op het perceel kadastraal bekend gemeente Dordrecht, sectie B no. 702. Naar mijn mening moet die woning op de plaats van dit huisje of vlak ernaast zijn gebouwd en later nr 185 hebben gekregen. Kort na WOII werd het geheel aan de Noordendijk aan de Gemeente verkocht.
