"PUBLIEKE VERKOOPING ten overstaan van den Heer Vrederegter van het kanton Dordrecht No . 2 , door het ministerie van CORNELIS VAN DER WERFF , BZn., openbaar Notaris , residerende te Dordrecht, als daartoe door de Regtbank van Eersten Aanleg, zitting houdende te Dordrecht voornoemd, gecommitteerd, van volgende PANDEN : N° . 1. Welke Molen na de voldoening der koop- en andere penningen kan worden aanvaard, met uitzondering van de Molenaars- en Knechts-Woningen, die met primo 1825 ter dispositie van den kooper zullen zijn.
