Ik zie werkelijk waar geen enkel pand of een schim daarvan. Alleen een soort van schuilhut (zonder wanden) te midden in de eendenvijver. De aangehaalde luchtfoto zou van 1976 zijn. Kijk ook eens naar 555_21111. Beeld en hutje is ook te zien op 555_11374. Op 555_11379 is het beeld weg terwijl het hutje er nog is. 552_402490 is een prentbriefkaart van deze foto.
Het watertje ligt er nu nog steeds, alleen loopt het door naar links. Pal achter deze mensen zou dan de huidige fontein staan. Het venusbeeld staat voor wat nu de voederplek is (en daarachter dan de zuidhoek van het hertenkamp). Het gebouw op de achtergrond is dan ook waarschijnlijk het koetshuis, welke na opening als stadspark in gebruik is genomen als melkhuis. De knik in de bovenkant van de vensters lijkt dit te bevestigen.
