Het AB van 1926 geeft aan dat Groenmarkt 15 bewoond wordt door D. Crena de Iongh en Groenmarkt 17 door S. Crena de longh Dzn. Sr. en S. Crena de longh Jr.. In 1938 is het, aan het tehuis van ouden van dagen van de Gereformeerde kerk, Huize Johanna,(Groenmarkt 15) belendend pand Groenmarkt 17, het voormalige woonhuis van de heer Crena de Iongh, verkocht aan de heer G. van de Weg, die een belangrijk aandeel in de totstandkoming van Huize Johanna. heeft gehad. (Dhr. en mevr. de Weg waren de milde gevers van het in oktober 1935 geopende tehuis).
