Lees het gratis cultureel magazine nummer 59 'Dordrecht Monumenteel' er maar op na!
Die pagina verwijst ook naar Dordrecht Monumenteel die in haar uitgave 59 aandacht besteed aan deze villa. 555_12052 en 555_12053 betreffen inderdaad de voor- en achterkant van de villa 'Parkzicht'. 'Parkzicht' stond ongeveer daar waar in 1952 de woning voor burgemeester Van Der Dussen gereed kwam. Op 554_33247 kijk je tegen de rechter zijgevel van die burgemeesterswoning aan. Op de voorgrond zijn een aantal palen t.b.v. een fundatie zichtbaar. Dat zouden best wel eens de palen van villa 'Parkzicht' geweest kunnen zijn die na de oorlog is afgebroken doordat het door het bombardement in 1944 onoverkomelijke schade had opgelopen. In de krant van 11-7-1934 lees ik: "De kapitale villa „Parkzicht"‚ die tot voor kort bewoond werd door jhr. mr. J. C. Stoop, is gisteren voor f29.300 publiek verkocht. Naar de fa. Waltman en Co., die het pand heeft afgemijnd, ons mededeelt, is de villa aangekocht door een Dordtsch particulier, die haar zelf zal gaan bewonen. We verheugen ons hierover, omdat dit prachtig brok natuur thans ongeschonden in tact zal blijven." Die 'Dordtsch particulier' blijkt dan B.H.M. Lips te zijn die de villa stevig aanpakt en de villa van een geheel ander uiterlijk voorziet. Zie daarvoor de afbeelding 552_331732. De zoon van de slotenmaker heeft er in ieder geval nog zo'n kleine 10 jaar van mogen genieten.
Maar bij het huisnummer staat 105 ingevuld. Maar dat ligt aan de westzijde zoals A.M.Balm-Kok al bij afbeelding 556_2029 aangeeft en 'luistert' naar de naam 'Huize Singelborgh'. Dus deze afbeelding (en 555_12053) geeft niet de achtergevel weer van villa Soekasari (64/78), zie 554_20008, maar ook niet die van 'Huize Singelborgh' (67/105) 556_2029. Zo blijft de vraag staan: "Welke villa zien we op deze afbeelding?"
