Rechterdeel van de foto zijn de eerste twee huizenblokken aan de Dorus Rijkerstraat oostzijde, vanuit het noorden gerekend. De westzijde is nog niet bebouwd. Ook de grote vijver haaks op de Zuidendijk is nog niet gegraven. De drie flats zijn ook nog niet gebouwd. De Karel Doormanweg is alleen nog verhard aangelegd, met puin.
Dus ook de woningen ingeklemd tussen de Cornelis Trompweg en de Dorus Rijkersstraat. Dat hele zwikkie heeft 1957 als bouwjaar volgens kadasterdata.nl .
En net als 552_311793 moet het rond 1957 zijn geweest.
