Zoekend op spitsbogen in Dordrecht kwam ik o.a. op dit artikel uit en hoopte dat iemand die meer in deze materie thuis was hierop zou reageren en er wat van zou vinden. Welnu, dat is gebeurd :) Helemaal achterin lijkt het er inderdaad op dat je daar tegen een steunbeer aankijkt. Met rechts daarvan iets met een boog, een poortje misschien? Links in de houten wand zie je ook weer 3 bogen waarvan er één dicht lijkt te zijn. Een doorgang naar links zou kunnen, misschien ook een trap? Een doksaal zou je dan toch in een grotere ruimte verwachten toch? Het klopt dat er eerder twee spitsbogen meer waren (die gesloopte waren ook nog eens een keer waarschijnlijk origineel! De huidige twee zijn kopieen..), maar die waren al heel lang niet meer open. En wat zijn die uitgesleten trappen? En wat is die houten wand? Doorgang? Doksaal? En wat zie je (vaag) dan achteraan..? Vragen, vragen, vragen.. :)
Die spitsboog op het eind kan ik niet plaatsen, en daarachter lijken wel steunberen van een kerk zichtbaar... en dan die houten wand links? Is het wel Dordt?
