Als je goed luistert, hoor je het geratel van het ijzeren wielbeslag op de kinderhoofdjes en met een beetje mazzel ruik je ook nog wat van het specifieke paardenaroma. ;) Villa Nova was ook het domicilie van notaris Kuipers. Kuipers was overigens ook rentmeester en hield kantoor op de groenmarkt 8 (is nu 10). Via de Singel 168 kwam hij oktober 1952 op Villa Mariahof (Korte Scheidingsweg) te wonen alwaar hij in juni 1959 kwam te overlijden. Als ik het goed onthouden heb is zijn zoon (309_3471) naar Zuid-Afrika gegaan alwaar hij een succesvol farm-houder geworden was. Mocht ik met dat laatste de plank misslaan, wordt ik vast wel gecorrigeerd :) Ik zie nu overigens dat er nog een duplicaat van deze foto is (555_16930)
