Spuiweg 63 Gemeentelijk monument Datering: 1925 Oorspronkelijke functie: Woonhuis Bouwstijl: Amsterdamse school Een in 1925 aan een woning (Spuiweg 65) toegevoegde beuk met daarin de entree. Pand bestaande uit een beuk met een rechthoekig grondplan in twee bouwlagen met plat dak. In 1925 wordt de gang aan de rechter zijde van Spuiweg 65 bebouwd met een uitbreiding van het bestaande woonhuis met winkelruimte. In de nieuwbouw werd de entree tot de (boven)woning gesitueerd met aansluitend het trappenhuis.
