Izak Boer (* Den Helder 1882) + Maria Jacoba Wilhelmina de Leeuw (* Tilburg 1881) + Alida Boer (* Den Helder 1890) + Elisabeth Wilhelmina de Leeuw-Leenaerts (* Tilburg 1847) + Pieter Boer (* Rotterdam 1898) ---- Gisteravond had in Maison Boer te Dordrecht een eigenaardige plechtigheid plaats; eigenaardig, omdat het betrof een afscheid en een instal- latie. Voor een talrijk aantal genoodigden hield de heer I. BOER, bekende dansleeraar te Dordrecht, zijn afscheidsrede. Hoewel het hem leed deed van zijn beroep‘ en van zijn talrijke leerlingen afscheid te nemen, toch was er aan den anderen kant weer een pleister op de wond, doordat hem nu nog een stukje leven beschoren was, waarin hij, als ambteloos man nu kon genieten van het geluk en de rust, welke tot heden toe nog niet voor hem waren weggelegd. Spr. dankte den heer Eijskoot, den leider van den Band, voor de gezellige samenwerking en de overige orchestleden voor hun buitengewone toewijding. Ook de pers werd niet vergeten voor hun belangelooze medewerking. Den heer Donders, zijn opvolger, beval hij in aller gunst aan. Spr. eindigde met zijn dank te brengen aan zijn collegafs dansleeraren, leden van den Bond, met wie hij zooveel jaren in prettige verstandhouding had omgegaan.
