Zie 552_800193 (eerste bouw, nov. 1953) en 552_801528 (uitbreiding, dd ??). Dus bij 552_801556 heb ik het fout want daar wordt juist geheid voor die uitbreiding. De foto als 552_801556 komt ook voor onder nr. 552_800195 waarbij Gerard van Gelder dichter bij de waarheid zit dan ik bij 552_801556. Bij Vastgoedloep wordt het bouwjaar voor het volledige complex tussen de bank en de J. Catsstraat op 1953 gesteld. Dat kan natuurlijk nooit, want je kan niet in een maand tijd het verschil tussen 552_800193 en 552_801528 bouwen. Dat maakt dan ook het benoemen van de Amesfoto's aan de Brouwersdijk lastig. Deze foto moet ergens tussen 1954 en 1958 gemaakt zijn. Let bij deze foto op die lange be-/ontluchtingspalen van de brandstoftanks bij de pomp ... die met die paddenstoelen er op. In mijn herinnering waren ze rood. Zie 552_801528, daar zie je ze ook. Jammer dat ik in de krantencollectie niets vind, die loopt slechts tot ca 1945 door, Kompas uitgezonderd.
