Linksboven blad 1: Generaal van der Heijdenstraat.
Gezien vanaf de plek waar de schouwburg heeft gestaan tussen de Van Godewijckstraat en het gymnasium.
Op de foto zijn de woningen gespiegeld. In de Jan Schoutenstraat, van nr. 2 t/m 10 niet. Een eindje verderop weer wel. Zo woonden mijn ouders op nr. 16 dus weer wél in een gespiegelde woning. De linkerwoning hier, nummer 2 en zijn de woningen gespiegeld. De tweede woning, nummer 4, lijkt een winkeltje te zijn met D-E en van Nelle reklameuitingen op de gevel, incl. beschilderd bovenlicht bij de woonkamer. Daarom denk ik aan de 1e Dijkstraat, daar was ook een winkeltje van wed. D. de Bruijn op nummer 4. Bij de foto op blad 1, rechtsonder, vraag ik me af dat die loodsen op de achtergrond van de reinigingsdienst zijn. Moet haast wel dacht ik. Wat denken jullie?
